London One Day Workshop

“Human beings are a confused species. We spend our lives stuck in our minds, totally lost in the thoughts and emotions that arise. As we live our lives, the mind is continuously creating stories, which, if believed, cause pain and suffering as life becomes a confusing mess. Until we learn a different way, we spend our lives believing our thoughts and scared of our feelings, living almost totally obsessed by thoughts about the past and the future.” Oli Doyle, Peace Through Mindfulness.

Hello and welcome to the course outline for Peace Through Mindfulness’ first ever London One Day Workshop. The fact that you are here indicates that you are ready for a change, ready for a life of freedom from painful thoughts and difficult emotions. Life doesn’t have to be confusing and painful, it can be quiet and peaceful, and that peace is available now. If you are ready to find that peace through the practice of mindfulness, you have come to the right place. (more…)
